JX-MK2500數(shù)控榫接機(jī)是我公司針對(duì)板式、實(shí)木等多種材料加工框式產(chǎn)品、組裝門等的一款新型產(chǎn)品。

JX-MK2500 CNC splicing machine is a new type of product for our company to process frame products and assembly doors for various materials such as plate and solid wood.

本機(jī)具備45°、90°、135°且具備三軸榫槽機(jī)所具有的功能。

且在不需換刀及重新定位的情況下就可以裝夾加工長(zhǎng)條工件上的多個(gè)榫槽，提高工作效率并避免因多次定位帶來(lái)的尺寸誤差。

1 ?觸屏式參數(shù)錄入修正，可預(yù)存多個(gè)參數(shù)，輕松切換，操作簡(jiǎn)便；

2 ?圖形文件具有參數(shù)化設(shè)置，榫頭榫眼的大小位置尺寸，配合松緊度等在操作界面上設(shè)定后自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)。
有4個(gè)直靠板和2個(gè)45度靠板，可進(jìn)行多榫型、多工位加工，工作臺(tái)面長(zhǎng)，可加工長(zhǎng)料；

3 ?潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)：具備按累積加工時(shí)長(zhǎng)來(lái)進(jìn)行定時(shí)供油功能。

4 ?防塵系統(tǒng)：毛刷清潔+吸塵系統(tǒng)；

5 ?電腦對(duì)接功能（支持U盤接入）根據(jù)加工工藝要求優(yōu)化加工路徑；

6 ?具備去皮功能，杜絕板材崩邊，加工的榫頭、榫眼外形光潔美觀。
